Project Description
Clark Construction is seeking subcontractors to participate in a prequalification process where sub-trades will complete a Request For Qualifications (RFQ). Clark Construction Group and San Francisco Public Works will pre-qualify trade subcontractors that will receive an Invitation to Bid on the San Francisco Animal Care and Control Facility (ACC) project.
An RFQ will be released in the next two weeks for which a separate notification will be issued. The RFQ will pre-qualify for surveying, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, earthwork, roofing, demolition, abatement, concrete, drywall, waterproofing, roofing, glass & glazing, specialties, façade restoration, utilities, structural steel, metal decking, site work, elevators, animal equipment, and finishes.
As an important part of the process, you will need to complete Clark’s subcontractor qualification application at your earliest convenience. The application can be accessed at: https://www.clarkextranet.com/subform/
A Pre-Qualification Conference will be held at the 4th Floor Main Conference Room at 30 Van Ness, San Francisco CA, 94102, on September 20, 2018 at 2 pm
